Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), sometimes known as "Paintless Dent Removal", is a technique for removing the dents and dings from the body of a motor vehicle. Vehicle damage can occur anywhere and many times those problems can be repaired using the PDR process, however if there is a blemish or a rupture of the paint then PDR may be unsuitable.
Our Patented Process for Paintless Dent Repair
The most common methods of PDR utilize metal rods and body picks to push the dents out from the inner side of the body panel being repaired. Also, glue may be used from the outside of the panel to pull the dents out. In either case, fine-tuning of the repair often involves "tapping" down the repair to remove small high spots, making the surface flat. Paintless dent repair may be used on both aluminum and steel panels. If a technician pushes too hard when creating these high spots, the paint will split and the repair is ruined. Quality technicians can use these high spots that are barely visible to match the texture of the paint.

Brought our new car into Empire. First, they were extremely thorough and diligent in examining the car before they ever made an estimate. Once they finished the examination of the car, they told us exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would be. After comparing their detail estimate to two others, I agreed to have them do the work. The work was started and completed on time as agreed to in the estimate. The car looks better than new when they finished. Unfortunately, I now have to bring our other car to them, but based on our previous experience, I won’t waste my time shopping around.”

OMG THEY FIXED MY DAMAGED GUITAR!!!!
“See the before/after photos. My beautiful and beloved candy apple red Fender Stratocaster…This is my Covid lockdown guitar that I bought to keep me busy and inspired and working to improve myself during that time. Recently, my precious axe met a falling ceramic mug in a freak series of events. Several signifigant chips and dings resulted on top of the lower cutout. Contacted a few local guitar shops, only one dared try to fix it and said it would just be a quick drop fill and not likely that a good paint match or finish would be expected. Solid colors repair better, they said. Others told me to accept the guitar’s wounds as a custom relic. No way, my guitar won’t be famous like Van Halen’s with drill holes and cigarette burns! No, I wanted it perfect again! I contacted Fender and they don’t sell touch up paint, but they said to try an auto paint repair shop because they can probably get a really good match. I reached out to a couple body shops to no avail, but Empire got back to me quickly and said “bring it in!”. I came in, they took a look and gave me a quote. Not just for a paint match and vial of paint…but for it to get fixed completely! Not a hint of doubt or lack of confidence in his offer to fix it, so I put my faith in them. He gave me a fair quote, I left him my guitar and crossed my fingers. I have major anxiety so I worry over everything. It took a couple weeks and I was admittedly nervous, but they are definitely busy working hard over at Empire and I understand why. If they can fix a guitar like this, it just goes to show the measure of workmanship, quality, versatility and expertise this business offers. Such kind and friendly customer service, as well! I was really so depressed that my Candy Apple Red guitar was damaged and now it is all healed up thanks to Empire. I’m blown away by the paint match and finish, and recommend them for guitar repair, car repair…or call or contact them and ask, they can probably repair paint on almost anything! Thank you so much Empire, you made my instrument whole again and I feel so much better. You guys rock, keep up the great work! ❤️”

First and foremost, you have my express permission to use this letter and any before/after pictures of my 2002 Honda VTX as a glowing testimonial and recommendation to the work your shop performed.
These words simply do not even come close to expressing how happy I am.
My motorcycle was about 20 years old with the original paint when I brought it to your shop. The model is discontinued by Honda but I love the bike and it has been good to me. Its age was showing and I never really loved the color. For over a year I searched for another VTX in the color I wanted, they are simply just getting harder and harder to find. So, I got the idea to have it painted.
I went to my normal repair shop as well as another in the area, but the recommendations they had did not even bother to return my calls. A google search, turned up your shop and I am so glad it did.
I admit I had my reservations at first but your prompt and friendly responses to my website submission led me to bring my motorcycle down.
My first interaction with Dino was not what I expected. He looked over my bike, said it was a nice ride, and when I joked that it was a “poor man’s Harley” his classy reply was “it doesn’t matter what you ride, as long as you get out there and ride”.
From there on every interaction with you was friendly and professional. You listened to everything I wanted and delivered excellent customer service.
I could tell your operation is a real family owned and operated business. I love that.
Then you sent me the final pictures. I am not going to lie, I damn near cried. The paint is perfect. The color was better than I imagined. The detail job was impeccable. You even took the time to put my new windshield on for me. My 2002 looks as if it just rolled off the assembly line. It was worth every last penny.

Went in to get my headlights re done!! Dave is a really pleasant guy to talk to who seems to know his stuff. Gave me recommendations on what would be better to do when it comes to keeping them nice and shiny. Work was done very nicely all in all. Service guys took care of my car as well. No joy rides, no unnecessary reving the engine on someone else’s car like some other shops do. Into the shop, complete work and parked again. I appreciate that. Only negative part was the lie I was told by the front assistant. She failed to call me when the service was completed. I called around 3 to see where we stand and was told “oh it just came out!” After I arrived I again asked when the job was completed. Again I was told, just came out! I could tell that was a lie because my car was cold. I checked time stamp on my dash cam just out of curiosity and sure enough, car was pulled out of the garage around 12. Assistant must have forgotten to call. Honesty would’ve been appreciated. I absolutely HATE getting lied to. I did bring up the fact that the car was not just pulled out. I had an appointment to get to that I cancelled. Other then that great experience!!

This past Saturday I noticed a ding in the driver side fender on my Sorento.
It must have happened sometime last Friday.
I cursed for a few minutes and then regained my composer. I went on line and looked up paintless dent repairs. EMPIRE STATE HAIL COMPANY popped up. I had not heard of them. I watched a video on what the company does. Very impressive. I stopped by there on Monday afternoon and was Greeted By a gentleman named Dave.He asked was brought me in. I own a 2005 Pontiac GTO, and it is basically a showroom new car, 15 years later. An accident occurred and left three very small dents in the door. Empire Hail came to my house, and removed them in abt 20 minutes!! I would challenge anyone to find the location where they were!!!
